To ensure that every customer receives a hygienic and safe product, we do not allow the return or exchange of any intimate apparel purchased from our store, whether opened or still in its original packaging.

We recommend washing any newly purchased intimate apparel before wearing it for the first time using a gentle detergent suitable for delicate fabrics.

✅ Special Exception – Clear Manufacturing Defects

We make every effort to ensure that all products are free from manufacturing defects. However, if you receive an item with a clear manufacturing defect prior to use, washing, or removal of tags, please contact us within no more than 48 hours from the delivery date and provide clear photos of the defect.

Our team will review the case, and if the defect is confirmed, we will take the appropriate action, which may include replacing the item with the same product and size (subject to availability) or offering an alternative resolution.

Important Notes Regarding This Exception

The product must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.

This exception does not cover damage resulting from misuse, failure to follow care instructions, or accidental damage after delivery.

ASSEEL ONLINE reserves the right to refuse any exchange request that does not meet the conditions outlined above.

In the event that the customer refuses or fails to accept the order for any reason after shipment or upon delivery attempt, the store reserves the right to take the following actions without prior notice:

  1. Suspend or disable the Cash on Delivery (COD) option for the customer’s future orders.
  2. Restrict or permanently block the customer’s account in cases of repeated non-acceptance.

If the order has been prepaid, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

  • The store reserves the right to deduct all costs incurred, including shipping, return shipping, and any applicable operational or administrative fees.
  • The remaining balance (if any) will be refunded to the original payment method within up to fourteen (14) business days from the date the returned order is received and inspected by the store.

By placing an order, the customer expressly agrees to these terms and conditions.
